EVANGELINA LILLY

Lilly was discovered on the streets of Kelowna, British Columbia, by Ford modeling agency. Although she initially decided to pass on a modeling career, she went ahead and signed with Ford anyway, to help pay for her University of British Columbia tuition and expenses. Despite being signed to Ford Models, she was never actually a fashion model, working instead with their acting branch.
She was previously featured in several provocative television commercials for LiveLinks Chatline, a service billed as the "best place to meet local singles for dating, friendship, or phone chat." Her image is still used to promote the service. She also appeared on G4's Judgment Day. She appeared uncredited in the 2003 film Freddy vs. Jason as a high-school girl leaning against a locker, and in several episodes of Smallville as an extra. She also had a guest appearance on the ABC supernatural horror series Kingdom Hospital (2004). Lilly's first speaking role was on Lost. She also appeared in the 2003 teenager film The Lizzie McGuire Movie as an (uncredited) Italian police officer.
When Lilly was cast as Kate in Lost, her main concern was acquiring a work visa to enter the United States. With production literally days away and no news about the visa, casting directors were forced to grudgingly begin re-casting the role of Kate. After nearly 20 auditions, Lilly's work visa was approved/cleared but she arrived on set a day late.
Her salary in 2004 for Lost was $80,000 per episode. On the heels of her role in Lost, she was voted one of the Breakout Stars of 2004 by Entertainment Weekly. Although Lilly placed 13th in the FHM "100 Sexiest Women in the World" of 2006 and initially placed 2nd on Maxim's "Hot 100" list of 2005, she slipped to 67th in Maxim's 2006 list. On December 14, 2006, Lilly was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Lead Actress-Drama. Action figures of Lilly's Lost character were released during the holiday season of 2006.
Lilly has recently announced that, once she has finished filming Lost, she plans to stop acting and pursue a career as a humanitarian worker; however she has not ruled out returning to TV at some point in the future.

ALEXANDRA ADI

Born to be a star, that's what Alexa Ellesse Vega predestined. The teen actress shot to fame on her early age when she played the role of Carmen Cortez, the young secret agent in the 007 spoof "Spy Kids" (2001). Her story of life began when she was born on August 27, 1988 in Miami, Florida, USA. She then spent her early years living on a nearby Florida farm for a while before her family relocated to California when she was just 4. There in the new place, her mother, Gina Rue, got a job with a talent agency. It wasn't until Gina spotted her precocity that she later brought Lex, that's her nickname, to an audition for Burt Reynolds' TV series “Evening Shade.” What a great start that she successfully landed the two-year gig on her first try.

ALMUDENA FERNANDEZ

Almudena Fernández is perhaps one of the most prolific Spanish models to ever grace a catwalk. The Spaniard is now a huge success in the fashion world, starting out like so many others as just a nobody.
Born in 1977, the Spanish national spent her early years in the province of Benavente, just south of the Cantabrian mountain range. As a young girl, she and her family moved to Madrid - one of the largest cities in Spain.
She was the runner-up in a huge modeling competition held by Spanish Elle, when she turned 18 after finishing her schooling. With the exposure that came with such a high-profile event, it was only a matter of time before the big players realized she had enourmous potential. Not long after the Spanish Elle competition, she entered in the European version and again came in second. It was at this point that Almudena decided she wanted to pursue a career in modeling.
Initially, she had the fortune to work with the likes of Lacoste, Bisou-Bisou, Wolford, Hanro, Hermes and the list goes on. Later, she even appeared on the covers of Elle and Cosmo, a well-worn and often quick path to mainstream popularity.
In 1998 she was the face of Carolina Herrera's Aquaflore fragrance and following this came another campaign to be the front-woman of Givenchy's new smell, Organza Indecence, since late 1999.
In a recent interview, Almudena talked about what it was like to be a seventeen-year-old in the Big Apple. Often talking about how worrisome it can be for mothers, she goes on to state that most models who start at a young age mature more quickly - more out of necessity than anything else.
Explaining that Latin models have a lot to offer, she recounts getting endless jobs in London because she was exactly what they didn't have. Along with model boyfried, Antonio Macian, she spends time in both New York and Paris, arguably the two epicentres of the fashion world.
Almudena prefers photography shoots as opposed to cat walk shows, describing them as more superficial than photos. With a great love of music, she loves to listen while doing a shoot, saying it helps her fit into the role she's trying to portray.

On the February 11 Idol broadcast, she was shown advancing into the top 36. That night Fox TV issued a statement that Pacitti was disqualified from the contest for "ineligible to continue." According to Star magazine, the reasoning behind this was that Pacitti has "very personal connections" to Michelle Young and Roger Widynowski, two executives that work in American Idol's 19 Entertainment Los Angeles office. In addition to living in the same apartment complex as the 19 Entertainment executives for several years, Pacitti has also allegedly called Young her "manager" and "best friend" and credited Widynowski -- a former RCA Records publicist -- with "helping me get where I am today," She was replaced on the program by Felicia Barton.
